Current City Councilman

  • Actively working on dozens of infrastructure and road projects across Kaysville
  • Finding solutions to bring emergency services to the west side of Kaysville, ensuring the safety of all our residents
  • Current member of the Fiber to the Home Technical Advisory Committee - attempting to deliver a fiber optic network to the residents of Kaysville.  For more information:   https://connectkaysville.com/  
  • Dedicated to maintaining a fiscally conservative balanced budget
  • Working to revitalize our downtown, making it a gathering place for people to gather and socialize
  • Serves as the City Council representative on the Kaysville City Power Commission - helping make decisions and policy concerning power infrastructure and distribution

Kaysville City Planning Commissioner

  • 6 years of service on the Kaysville City Planning Commission - helped bring new businesses, new residential developments, and gained a broad understanding of State and Local Land Use ordinances and laws
  • Worked with elected officials and city staff, prudently and objectively tacking hundreds of land use issues across the city
  • Played an active and instrumental role in bringing Kaysville's Active Transportation Plan to implementation in 2015
  • Assisted with the 2014 General Plan Revision

Parade Chairman

  • 11 Years as chairman of Kaysville's largest civic event - the 4th of July Parade - a true Kaysville tradition for generations
